Bloglovin' is Turning Me Into a Blogaholic!

Do you currently use Google Reader to follow blogs?  If you do, then you already know that, as of Monday, it will no longer be available.  From my understanding, all the blogs that you follow through Google Reader will be lost if you don’t follow them through another feed reader.  Since I don’t want to lose you or any of my devoted readers, I went searching for a solution.

Through this brouhaha about Google Reader, I’ve discovered Bloglovin’and Oh. My. Goodness.  I fell in love with it right away (even after the many hours spent on my own blog trying to figure out why my posts werent being updated)!

It brings all of your favourite blogs in ONE spot!  You can search for other blogs in several different categories, read the most popular blog posts, and mark posts as read after youve seen them.  But, the absolute BEST part of Bloglovin is that you can like a comment by clicking on the heart, and then go back to it later!!  Its like a Pinterest board for blog posts! Perfect for those amazing blog posts that so many of my teacher blogger friends write!

So, what are you waiting for? Follow me on Bloglovin’ by clicking on this link!

Follow my blog with Bloglovin!

And now that you’re following me, check out this great linky party being hosted by Tori’s Teacher Tips!  Youll be sure to find more (over 200 as of right now) wonderful teaching blogs!

  1. I found you on the Bloglovin' Linky Party and found your posts very interesting. I think I might start writing on my hand this year. It could lead to some high interest discussions in my middle school resource room (depending on what I write-or draw. I also appreciated the Starfish Story post. I think I might incorporate that into one of my lessons this year. I had heard of it when I was a child and I have a big glass jar of shells I never use for anything. I might just put it on my desk this year. Thanks for the inspiration. From your newest follower, Heather

  2. Thank you! I've always written on my hand. LOL It's one of my bad habits. I've never been able to shake it! I usually write in codes too, and my students always ask me what it means. I love the starfish story. When I graduated from my B.Ed. I received a framed copy of it and it's hanging in my office. That tattoo I have of the starfish is a constant reminder of why I teach. It's highly visible, it's always there. When I feel like giving up, which is a lot lately, it keeps me going.

    Welcome to my blog! :)
