Where Does Time Go?

Seriously!  Where has this year gone?!   Things have been absolutely chaotic with me for the last 9 months. We've had a brutally long winter and it was very hard on everyone, students included. We've had too many Snow Days and way too many indoor recesses because of the cold and rain.

However, there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. It has started to get warm and the days are getting longer. The sun is up when I leave the house for work and it's still up when I get home after school!  The kids have taken out the soccer balls, basket balls and skipping ropes and have FINALLY stopped wearing snow suits!  It felt like the never ending winter!

Yes, SUMMER IS COMING, and I couldn't be more thrilled!  I am very proud of how far my group of students have come this year, but it has taken a toll on me.  The next month will be as chaotic, if not more so than the rest of the year.  We have tons of projects to finish up, report cards to work on, field trips to organize, graduations to attend, parties, dance recitals and soccer games to attend...I. AM. EXHAUSTED...

I look forward to the lazy days of Summer, bonfires, BBQs, days on the beach.  I also look forward to getting back to blogging on a regular basis and having time to work on all these great product ideas I've had over the school year!

5 more weeks....5 very very busy weeks.  I hope they go by as fast as the rest of the year has gone!  In the meantime, I keep chanting this mantra:
